Libetarians taking over NH: Greens should take over WY

Let's encourage Greens from states that are already heavily Dem to move to WY. They can elect Two Green Senators and One rep in Congress with their new power alliance with Dems. This will take 3 electoral votes away from the GOP and give them the power they so desire.
