Poll question: Traitorgate - Who Leaked?
Probably combinations of people will be most popular, so more specifically, who is responsible for the leak?

1. I'll go along with "Bye Dick"
and pick Cheney. Wishful thinking? You bet.

2. Cheney because....
he's the most evil of all, and because he's the one that formed the shadow government. The shadow government feeds lines to little man bushie, while Cheney and junta run the country. (down the toilet)

3. My Theory:
Rove dreamed it up.
Cheney gave it his blessing.
Libby and Ari did the footwork.
Ari will get nailed for it:

that's why I picked Ari. nothing else will get proven.

9. Yep
I mean I can't see the vice president getting involved with something like that; it will be Ari or someone under him or someone under Rove.

5. Other (Plausible Deniability)
The leaker may be someone who has not been mentioned yet. Would still have the blessing of higher-ups.

7. Oh wait - sorry - correction
Ok, let me change my take a little bit. Someone posted a great write up about the Ari connection as the "hatchet man." I found it interested too that his last day in the White House was the day Novak broke the story.

Anyway I think it goes like this:

1. Rove as the orchestrator2
2. Office of VP as his henchmen
3. Ari as the patsy/fall guy
4. Bush with knowledge of everything.

Ari will be the only one to take the fall, the Warren Commission will be ressurected and release the "Single Leak" theory (:D) and the Administration will go on with little backlash for the whole affiar. :(

8. VP's Office
http://www.democraticunderground.com/discuss/duboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=103&topic_id=15184

This would have been the logical place for Novak to have first gone because early (June 6-10) reports had it (mistakenly) that Wilson had been sent at the request of the VP's office, implying a direct and knowledgable charge from the VP's office to Wilson.
