2. Ahhh, but there is always Mr. Dell's comment to deliver the election...
to the republicans. If Swartzengroper loses, it is still republicans who own the machines, they can't spin that! Any coverage on the lack of paper is good imo.
5. I've suspected, and now fear- the only way to get BBV to the masses
is if a Dem wins a big election (fair or otherwise). Only THEN will you see a mass-outpouring of info about voting machines...
think about it- the repubes rig the machines, but then end up losing anyway, what are they gonna do? Invalidate the results by FINALLY mentioning the machines' flaws...
Can someone who saw it give us a synopsis of what the piece was about? Did Dobbs pooh pooh the idea of paper ballots? Did he support it? Who were the guests? How was it presented?
and I heard it almost by accident. Maybe 2 sentences.
It just mentioned the touchscreen machines without paper trailes and the fact that "one professor from Stanford" (anyone we know? he wasn't named) says that any recount on these machines would be meaningless. That was it. "Meaningless" wasn't the word used, but that's the gist of what was said.
Perhaps this is a vote suppression attempt. Almost can't THINK of any other reason it would be on Dobbs.
