Clinton impeachment opened a big can of worms...

If Arnold loses tomorrow, the Repubs are already geared up to charge the Dems with "dirty politics" against Arnold. After the tactics they used for eight years on the Clintons, they really should be ashamed to bring the topic up, but they will, because they have no shame. But the Dems look like they know how to play the game also. So...will it be tit for tat? However the election comes out, upcoming elections will probably be just as negative as this one. The Repubs wanted to play this game....and now they got somebody that will play it with them...

He would make a great addition to the Democratic strategy team in fighting against Republicans.

If he would have been allowed by other Democrats in the state to "go negative" from the start (like the Republicans did), he would have Arnold at 3% support by now.

Davis has made some mistakes in his presentation to the people of California, but he is a very smart man and he's proud to be a Democrat. He fights as hard and mean as any Republican and that's why he wins so often.

Let's hope he's got at least one more big win left in him.

if negative things were to be brought up they should have come up at first. Did anyone read the article in the Enquirer(2001 front page) where Arnold was proported to have a child by a long term affair? Enquirer said in 2001 they called up Arnolds campaign staff and asked about this. Arnold then came out and agreed to not run until his children then aged 3-11 were older. Yet 2 years later here he is again, of course he lied. The thing was he knew he couldn't win last year with all the stuff out there and time to dig more up so he waited until he could sneak in. Issa got snuckerd thinking Arnold was not going to run, I'm sure he knew the dirt too and was too over confident that Arnold was not running so he would have a better chance. He has endorsed Arnold but I know he has in the back of his mind he was backstabbed and waiting on the get even porch.

So you see if all this had been brought up as soon as Arnold went on Late nigh show and announced it would have had more time to be out there so people would have time to digest it.

All being said it needs to follow him into office,(Have they stopped talking about Clinton?) Dems needs to stop letting Tigers go when they have them by the tail because they will surely get loose and bite them in the butt later.

Republican Presidential campaign....it will be difficult to attack Democrats on this aspect given the unprincipled barbarian that they have chosen to lead them in California.

But I am interested in what he does to solve the economic problems....how he handles the Enron case will be most interesting, I think.
