But if they forgot to 'Vote Yes' on the recall, well the are outta luck. Just because you vote for Arnold, you can't assuemt athat they will count it as a YES vote
If someone chooses any replacement candidate, then they must also vote either for or against the recall. The people who skipped voting on the recall and then voted for Arnold would not have their vote for Arnold counted. I may be wrong and I may be right. It (the recall section) is an easy thing to miss on the (punch-card) ballot if you're not paying attention. I wonder how many people are also missing the vote on Props 53 and 54.
16. In most jurisdictions, anything that's not explicitly a 'YES'
is considered a 'NO'
I'm not sure if that's the case in CA, but if that's the case then whole lot of morons just voted 'NO' to the recall but picked Schikelgroper as their pick for guv if there are indeed enough 'Yes" votes
The idiocy of the Right just might be their demise yet.
"This morning Cinemax aired TRUE LIES...and I couldn't help but feel the comparison of Arnold the actor on the Horse slaying the bad guys and Arnold the man kicking the butts of the politicians in Sacramento. When you really think about it, it's quite a story!"
