OK Guys, I Need Some Help With This.....Maybe You Can Clarify....
I'm not sure what this means, and I am absolutely reading ntohing into it.....

I am posting this here because I just want tsome input about the information itself, and what it possibly means.....

Like I said, DON'T SHOOT THE MESSENGER!.....

That said, here is what I found today.....

Go to the Federal Election Commission homepage at www.fec.gov.

On the left of their homepage is a link labeled "Campaign Finance Reports and Data", click it.

Scroll down a ways to Image/Query System, under that choose "View Financial Reports"...

Under the intro paragraph choose "Search the Report Image System"

In the dialogue box type "Clinton" and click "Get Listing"

20 entries down you`ll see "CLINTON, HILLARY RODHAM", click on the blue number "P00003392" beside her name.

Guess what? "Presidential Candidate 2004 ".

Hillary Rodham Clinton filed late Friday, Oct 3rd, with the Federal Election Commission to run for President in 2004.

Here is the exact data:

Presented by the Federal Election Commission
CLINTON, HILLARY RODHAM ID: P00003392
Office Sought: President
Election Year: 2004
State: Presidential Candidate
District: 03
Party: DEM (Democratic Party)

What exactly does this mean?......

If someone has posted about this in the past and it has been debunked or explained, then I deeply apologize for bringing it up again, as I was not aware of it.....

Ahhhhh....Perhaps I should have Googled First..... :)
I found this explanation here.....

http://www.insightmag.com/news/520994.html

She's said it more than 140 times - and counting - despite hints, wants, wishes and hopes that she's not running for the White House in 2004.

Then what to make of ID # P00003392, an electronic filing to be found at the Federal Election Commission (FEC) database?

"Clinton, Hillary Rodham - Office Sought: President; Election year 2004; State: Presidential Candidate; District 03; Party: DEM (Democratic Party)."

A call to Sen. Clinton's Washington office elicited a surprised reaction from a spokesman who said: "I don't know anything about it."

The FEC, when contacted by Insight, explained the "odd" entry in its database as having been filed on Sept. 17, 2003, by an outfit called "DraftHillaryforPresident2004."

This group, which the FEC calls "an unauthorized" draft committee, lists Eric Leondard as its treasurer and he and/or it are located at 504-17th Road South, #201, Arlington, VA 22204.

3. more information

But no, the first lady is not -- or at least not yet -- attempting to avoid having to pack her bags and move out of the Clintons' White House digs by January 2001.

The cause of the apparently misleading info: Arcana buried in dusty FEC regulations, which make little sense at the best of times, and are near-inpenetrable here.

It turns out that devout Hillary fan Tom McMullen kicked off what amounted to a draft-Hillary movement in January when he formed a committee called "People for American Leadership."

As soon as that happened, it triggered a clause in the labyrinthine Code of Federal Regulations, and McMullen registered with the Feds by filling out FEC Form 1.

1. I don't think Hillary filed
I could be wrong, but...... but I read yesterday that some fellow started a draft Hillary website, which triggered some kind of automatic filing......am looking for wherever I read that and will post link.....

I am sure if this was a genuine filing, it would've been all over the news.

I just posted the link that explained the whole thing.....

I knew such a thing could NOT be her doing if it was real because THAT would have trumped the Recall, Leak, and Rush with a single blow in the news.....However, these days you never know.....

On Edit: Spelling can be difficult when you are typing too fast..... :)
