Is AhhNolds Movie Career FINISHED?

I wonder. Whether or not he 'wins' this thing, will he be investigated for sexual battery and will THAT revelation effectively end his movie career?

who the hell wants to see or support him in any more movies if these aligations turn out to be true?

his last two movies lost money and, after all, that is what kills the "stars".

And Spazito, Schwarzenegger's latest movie, T3: Rise of the Machines, was expected to make over $200 million here in the U.S. It barely passed the $150 million mark a week or so ago and it was released in early July. Considering the budget of the movie, that would be far from a success. That's probably what secured Ahnuld's run for the "People's Governator of Guh-lee-for-nya."

I personally won't watch him and I don't. I have always
found him offensive. I can't suspend disbelief watching
people I can't stand. Tom Cruise is in the same category
along with Mel Gibson.

Not to mention Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry, Errol Flynn and a host of others.

Should Arnold decide to restart his film career at some point, I expect that he'll have no difficulties related to the allegations against him.

I pointed this out in another thread.

According to imdb.com, his last several films barely recouped the cost of making them, that is the US box office figures, and in some cases, didn't recoup. Overseas put them into the profitable zone, but not by much.


Oh and by the way - I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but the USA Network was showing 'Total Recall' almost EVERY DAY throughout September.

When this recall process began I thought he was a fairly harmless moron who found it hard to remember his lines and consequently delivered them all in a monotone....

Now I know he is.

2. A Rapist
3. A Racist
4. A friend of corporate organised crime...

So the way I see it, yes his movie career is over, he would be far too much of a liability for a producer to take on board now. His traditional roles like Terminator require blockbuster audiences not to lose bundles and the producers are risk averse... as for his comical roles, twins, Mr Mom etc... family friendly fun the Governator is not.

So what if he wins...

Here is a person who has fifty times as much sleaze and skeleton baggade as any politician in recent history.

A: Not at all... he will spend his every moment on assuming office fighting the calls for him to step down... he will be a lame-duck Gov. at best. And at worst will be recalled himself in a matter of months...

Arnold commented a few months back that T3 was probably going to be his last movie. He said he was getting too old for action flicks, and that's the only kind of movie he gets cast for anymore. Politics and activism is intended to be his second career.
