1. Not a chance...
Even if there was such a desire, I'm sure the overwhelming feeling in California will be "we never want to go through this again," which will result in calls for "a healing period" and "unity." (Isn't it funny how those things only seem to apply after a Repug is elected?)

Anyway, I wonder if the state's Democrats might find it more suitable to sit back and watch the Asshole deal with the current mess. He certainly won't be able to accomplish much with a Democratic legislature, and maybe he'll get blamed for the situation the state is in if he doesn't get things turned around.

Of course, if some other bombshells come up about his past, a recall might become viable.

3. It's too soon
If Arnold polled 40 percent, as I thought he would, another recall might have a chance.
But if he really gets more than 50 percent of the vote, or even is in the high 40s, a recall campaign would be a disaster for the Dems. Unfortunately.
