What exactly do "Whistle Ass President" and "Crashcart Cheney" mean?

I know to whom they refer, but I don't exactly understand the meaning.

1. Whissle ass I have no idea

crash carts are used when people's hearts stop
working, and Chenney has had what is it three or
four heart attacks? Hence why there is a need for a crash
cart nearby

3. Even more ...

They put a pacemaker in Cheney early in the administration that most hospitals have a nickname that insinuates 'last ditch' -- can't remember what its nickname was, now. That was back when it appeared he wasn't going to make it much past the inauguration.

I'm guessing like all vampires, though, he's been bathing in the blood of young virgins for the past couple of years and feels much better.

When Sally Baron's family wrote her obituary, they described a northern Wisconsin woman who raised six children and took care of her husband after he was crushed in a mining accident.

The Obit is dated today. What does Whistle Ass mean? Mrs. Baron used the term, but where did she get it? Does anyone know where it started?

On edit, the paper is dated today, the Obit is dated Aug 21. That is about how long I think I have been hearing it. What does it mean?

is the term a woman from Wisconsin, Sally Baron (if I recall correctly) used for Bush. The phrase she used was something like "That Bush, he's such a whistle ass". When she died a couple months ago her children asked that memorials be sent made to anyone working to defeat Bush in 2004.

refers to a lady who died and asked that instead of flowers donations be given to any organization that would work to get rid of W. Her children said that she used to refer to him as whistling out of his ass, or something close to that. People liked the story and started referring to W as Whistle Ass.

10. Mental images of Dubya like cat chasing tail

The way Dubya trys to slam anyone who hints of leaking or blowing the whistle about him, I see this picture in my mind of Dubya farting and turning around to bash the whistle-blower that isn't there anymore.

Must be a bitch with all the Tex-Mex they eat.
