5. Could you give me what are your clues that this has been touched up?

I'd like to be on the look out myself. I can't see anything. Even the shadows look consistant. Even the folds and wrinkles. Teach me!

7. I'm pretty adept with PhotoShop

It would be very tough to photoshop this, IMHO; the pattern on her hat would be a giveaway. There is a very slight reflection on the button that would be hard to replicate too. You can even see the shadow of her hand on the button if you look closely.

The shadows and higlights appear to be from two light sources; that would not be inconsistant with outdoor photography (the sun plus the flash).

(BTW: Just right click on the image and you should get a drop down menu that will allow you to 'view image'. Click on that and then copy the URL for the .jpg. Then you can paste here, just like you would paste a link.)

I thought your description is called 'hot linking' or 'bandwidth stealing' and you can't do that anymore? You can't with Tripod or Geocites.
