we should counter this. it was one of the better pieces of journalism on the right in a while. we shouldn't let a bunch of fringe lunatics scare the mainstream media into a 'hands off' approach to rw demagogues. thank them for doing their job.

I had to buy the magazine based on his description. Pretty good so far. The ditto-heads are so stupid they've already adapted to the new brain-washer. Just tune in at noon and repeat after whoever happens to be talking.

that these people don't even try to make it look like they're thinking for themselves. they just regurgitate buzzwords verbatim. they could at least alter the choice of phrasing a bit to make themselves look slightly original

I've read the piece - it could have been a lot worse considering what a pompous asshole he is.

I checked out some of the responses on Free Republic re Rush the Addict-some were reasonable but many were making excuses for him-they sounded like emotionally battered spouses who have been too beaten down to leave. At some point, after blaming doctors, pushers, the healthcare system, liberals, etc, they may even start blaming themselves:

"He did it for us so that he could keep doing his shows".

I get embarrassed for them when I am reading their posts. Remind me of Maria Shriver defending Mr. Swarzenegger.

What a crock! What the hell is Vanity and all the other Hate Radio spewers doing? I give many of them about the 30 days for Rush to "dry up"...if he's still off the air, my bets are you'll hear others (Vanity), who will want to be the "new, clean Rush". There's no honor among these oxygen thieves.

Also, how about all those that Rush has attacked over the year who didn't have the "golden microphone" and the hundreds of stations attached to it to respond to his baseless, partisan, vile diatribes...now that didn't seem to matter to these hypocrites.

Rush Is A Freaking Narcissist

ALL about him ALL the time. Lying, fabricating, overly sensitive to criticism, pushing his false self as a means to get supply, and ultimately turning to drugs because even HE knows what a fucker he is.

Does this mean he cares? Hell no. He will only admit to being a fucker if he thinks it will save his ass. The first lie told is the lie one tells to themselves .Being a fuckwad and hurting people is scratch to this self absobed shit dust bag.
