Bolivia: suspends exports of natural gas (big things are happening)

Nothing reported yet in English, but the Spanish-language press is
reporting major developments this morning...

- Bolivia's Vice President has broken with the government

- Indigenous masses surround La Paz, marching toward National Palace

- President caves to protests, suspends exports of natural gas
