Have the Wilsons filed a civil suit against this Administration yet?
If they haven't yet I wish they would hurry up. I would love to see Cheney and Bush* have to appear under oath with a honest attorney asking them the questions.

1. I heard they were waiting until Fitz was done.
I heard some host ask Joe if they were going to file a civil suit, and he said they haven't made that decision yet, but if they did decide to do so, it would only be after Fitz was done with his investigation. Said he didn'pt want to interfere with that.

3. The main considerations
are to not miss the statute of limitations and to let the Fitzg investigations turn up as much discovery as possible--especially those statements given under oath. They have a lot of time to spend the money.

4. The investigation isn't even over. And god knows who will roll
now that it seems 60 congressmen may be tied to the Abramoff case. You never know when the whole neocon thing will link up into one huge ball & chain.
