An important question to ask
When will Iraqi soldiers take over even one of the fourteen permanent bases we have built in Iraq? If we don't plan on staying why are Iraqi soldiers not occupying the new bases?

1. That's another part of the Kerry withdrawal plan the media won't discuss.

Kerry stresses the permanent bases are a big part of why Iraqis see us as occupiers.

US has to get off those permenet bases and turn them over to the iraqi forces and other countries training those Iraqi forces.
