"A war that was founded on lies and illusions has one simple truth: Iraqis do not want us" by Robert Fisk, 09
April 2004 (I wonder how many of those kids' families have been ripped apart by Bush' phoney-"preemptive war" murders for rights of
Exxon Mobil Corp, Chevron, Conoco, Shell Oil Co. and BP America Inc to divvy up Iraqi oil fields.)
There's no moral quandary for the people who sabotaged democracy and stole elections, lied to attack a country for reasons unrelated to 9/11 (after not improbably LIHOP/MIHOP), allowed 800 tons of explosives to be looted in Iraq (now IEDs), deliberately sabotaged a multi-nationwide CIA WMD-monitoring operation, deliberately ignored response to Katrina, and rewarded their "incompetent" minions ("aspens") with Medals of Freedom and promotions (Bremer, Rice->Sec. State, Wolfowitz->World Bank): THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE!...as long as their long-term Norquist script is being carried out. These murdering "serious businessmen" neocons see themselves "Beyond Good and Evil" and "Beyond Christianity" (and ...Beyond Democracy and the Constitution).
Eisenhower warned against them in 1954, and they empowered themselves via coup d'etats through Election System Fraud in 2000 and 2004:
DDE, Presidential Papers, Document #1147; November 8, 1954...Now it is true that I believe this country is following a dangerous trend when it permits too great a degree of centralization of governmental functions. I oppose this--in some instances the fight is a rather desperate one. But to attain any success it is quite clear that the Federal government cannot avoid or escape responsibilities which the mass of the people firmly believe should be undertaken by it. The political processes of our country are such that if a rule of reason is not applied in this effort, we will lose everything--even to a possible and drastic change in the Constitution. This is what I mean by my constant insistence upon "moderation" in government. Should any political party attempt to abolish social security, unemployment insurance, and eliminate labor laws and farm programs, you would not hear of that party again in our political history. There is a tiny splinter group, of course, that believes you can do these things. Among them are H. L. Hunt (you possibly know his background), a few other Texas oil millionaires, and an occasional politician or business man from other areas. Their number is negligible and they are stupid...
The Election System is still compromised by the technology; it can happen again in 2006 and 2008.
