4. I just sent them an email saying I will transfer my accounts
to Wells Fargo because of the hateful message by Focus on the Family.

I would urge others to do the same.

10. Wells Fargo
A friend of mine was having money problems, and while she was talking to them, to try to figure out if there was a way she could work out payments with them (her mortgage was with them) they told her that they were not allowed to talk to a customer more than a certain time period (20 minutes or something ridiculous like that - I don't remember exactly how long). Anyway, just wanted to warn you, don't expect great customer service from them, with that policy.
