3. Whose the guy in the middle ...
... wearing that freaky glow-in-the-dark hat?

It's obvious how hard it is for * to keep a straight face when he 'pledges allegiance' to a country he is consistently destroying.

17. Man, you are GOOD!
Also notice the jaw-line -- yep, it's him alright! Maybe the glow-in-the-dark hat was a gift from the grateful people of NOLA, and he just couldn't wait to show it off!

5. Bush, thinking about killing people and trying not to let on how it REALLY
makes him feel. Cheney, realizing that the Scarecrow from the Wizard of Oz could actually get a heart - an accomplishment totally beyond his capability.

Both, bored with the whole idea of pledging allegiance to anything other than themselves.

13. Does Cheney EVER look happy
or barring that, content, genial,good-humored, at ease or just plain satisfied with his lot in life? ( *rhetorical question* )

God knows a Kennedy Center gala that acknowledges arts and culture would really make his mood sullen, what with all the festive atmosphere with a librul bent, but he could at least try an iota of pleasantness.

Bush appears just clueless, looking like he's trying to figure out arts and culture as a concept and why they should make him cut short Camp David and ruin his 8:00 bedtime.
