All I can say is, Bush is a VERY lucky man.
If Bush were the "leader" in any other country, he would have already been removed from office, and not necessarily in one piece.
The fact that the American people are generally civil, and there are laws protecting the President, are the ONLY reasons Bush is still here. Look what just happened in Canada, for instance. Their government allows for a "vote of no confidence". If that were the case here, Bush would be back in Crawford, milking horses and mumbling to himself.

3. "The failures of 9/11"
I heard a news report the other day about the new screening criteria and they said "the attacks of 9/11" now of course there were attacks but what if that was referred to as the "failures of 9/11" Bush would be a pariah on par with OBL but no .... instead he is actually given credit for what happened that day.
