1. Money laundering is a serious crime. Think the mob and drug cartels

3. Well there never is good news when it comes to Repugniks
We may get a conviction, but I doubt it.

4. Bill Schneider said it's NOT GOOD for DeLay.
If the triqal streaches out beyond the middle of Jan, the House could decide they want a new majority leader.

He also said it's an uncomfortable situation for Cheney to be at the fundraiser for DeLay promoting his re-election!

9. Cheney supports DeLay
Bill Schneider forgets that Cheney has no plans to run in 08, so he can thumb his nose at the voters. But from a PR angle one would think that the VP would want to stay as far away from Delay as possible. This admin has no shame, i'm amazed and confused. Up is down, black is white, yes means no, american politics have been very strange the last five years.

5. It is not bad news.....Conspiracy is very hard to prove
Money laundering is easier and is more serious in this case.

6. I agree
Money laundering is far worse and easier to prove than conspiracy.

Also, the trial won't begin until next year. DeLay will be replaced as house leader by then. Good.

I also doubt that he'll be convicted, but you never know.

7. Very Good News IMHO. Fuck the conspiracy charge. Laundering is the good
one. I'm glad at this point a judge, in addition to the prosecutor, has looked it over and determined it is adequate to go forward. There will most likely be a trial and that should be reallllllly interesting. Also, it means that crybaby loser delay is NOT gaining his leadership role back.

HAHAHAHAHAHA DELAY YOU FUCKFACE!!!!!! LOL LOL
