7. Strange that fundies get their knickers in a twist over "humanism."
One of the myths surrounding the Origins of Satan is that that Lucifer refused God's instruction that the angels love His creations: human beings. Lucifer refused, saying he only loved God. For this, he was banished from God's sight - denied forever the Presence which he said he loved. I always think of how "Fundies" who have no room in their hearts to love their fellow humans are following in the footsteps of Satan. Sad.

I won't make the same mistake. :loveya: :hug:

10. That's really beautiful...and thank you so much for that...
To go back into ones self and reach for what was gentle and kind is so hard to do these days when one must always be "on guard" against the bullies and the threat of daily assaults by the RW'ers and the M$M. To look at that and remember...when all was just about that. A small communion with those smaller than us...
