Do you save the files to the hard drive or to a floppy or CD?

1. An Access Database Is All One Big File
You can savie any where so long as you have free disk space for it.

3. You won't be able to get much of a database on a floppy
And a CD will only be good if you're reading, not entering data.

I run all my machines on Linux and save files to a central server. I back them up to a DVD monthly.

6. Are you looking to back up or just regular data entry?
You can make copy backups on your computer. You can also save files to CD.
