How much would you tip a Skycap if the airline charges $2 a bag?
Just now on local news, American Airlines will start Dec. 15 charging $2 a bag for Skycap service, none of which goes to the workers...good grief. :grr:
I honestly can't understand why anybody would stand in lines and deal with the stupid people at check-in when Skycaps get the job done in 10 seconds. There is no person in the world cheaper than me and twenty bucks or so seems a small price to pay for expedient and quality service. I don't fly that often, but if I ever do, it definitely won't be on American because if they had a decent system INSIDE then people would use that service anyway. This is just bullshit.
