Seriously, the family uses it a lot. Anyone know what it means? Some fratboy thing? Texas Longhorns?

Every time Bush makes the Sign of the Horned Hand, he is effectively flipping off TCU, A&M, and probably Texas Tech, for that matter. If he were a real Texan and not a Connecticut Yankee, he would know this.

My wife DID graduate from UT, and every time he makes that sign it makes her skin crawl.
