Can we get our marshals, marshalls and martials straight here?
They're of course all pronounced the same but


Marshall is somebody's name
Marshal is a law enforcement person
Martial means "military" or "warrior" related (although there have been
people who used it as a surname)

Foe some reason I used "Marshall" repeatedly last night. Don't know why, I DO know how to spell it.

As of this morning, I've been spelling it correctly again...

"Marshall" is an accepted variant spelling for marshal, unless its a U.S. Marshal
that has a specific spelling.
