U.S. Execs Clamping Down on Environment
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/12/08/AR2005120800285.html

Get this:

Clamping down on automobile emissions and plugging city buildings into wind or solar power, U.S. governors and mayors are stepping in to help head off climate change where they say the federal government is failing.

??! :wtf: !!?

The US government is not failing. It has, over the years, deliberately dismantqled programs - saying companies need to make the effort.

Given how private industry's motto is "bottom line first and foremost", I find the article to be another sham.
