3. No, there was a pseudo Harriet Miers website

which some people found quite humorous. Myself,I think it's rather thin humor, the gags are all predicated on an inside joke that isn't really funny.

Fortunately the real Fitzpatrick seems to be free from the political grandstanding that would give the implications of that pseudo blog any teeth.

5. Possibly, if the Bushistas have their way.

After all, they want to build up government mechanisms by which the government can shut down and go after anyone who dares to use that old, outdated, "political speech" business from First Amendment law.

Only trouble is, the Bushistas forget that THEY may not always control those government mechanisms.

Be that as it may, I don't think I'd pick a federal prosecutor to fuck with, under any circumstances.

As for America's Hottest Prosecutor, somehow I'm thinking he might be just a little too busy to blog right now. At the same time, some of the entries are hilarious. (My favorites right now? His Halloween costume: Special Prosecutor, and dreaming that he was naked in front of the grand jury and deciding to go to the gym when he woke up the next morning.)
