Lou Dobbs: "Democratic party in disarray"
that was his opening salvo

seriously

talking about the pugs taking advantage (with Bush in MN today) of the current disarray in the democratic party

WTF is he talking about? I can't believe they're just putting out the straight, unadulterated GOP line like this....never seen anything more blatant

gee, what a surprise: they're showing the pug ad showing the white flag again

NOW he's saying it's a week for dems "to forget," Bill Schneider repeats the dems in disarray meme once again

talking about how Pelosi/Murtha want to get out right away, and how unpopular that is, even though most americans WANT to get out!

this is one of the worst things I've ever seen

amazing

2. Here's my take on it
Pelosi waited this damn long to take a stand, and when someone got the nerve to stand up and speak loudly about it and raise some hell provoking a mean jean response....then she decided to grow a little bit of a spine come out.

Just now, and not when the rest of us were screaming at her to do something.

14. I totally agree
If pelosi took a stand right after Murtha things would be much different in the public relations department.

3. It IS the MEDIA, stupid. Amazing that some still blame anyone but the
media at this point.

9. but of course.....I was just stunned at how utterly, blatantly twisted
this bit was

Dobbs was almost SALivating as he said it. he seemed to be sitting up a little taller in his seat as he said it, using his most stentorian, authoritative tones

I know it's easy to project that sort of interp, but that's what struck me as I watched...I wasn't looking for anything like that. It just hit me as it unfolded.
watch/tape the rerun; see if I got it wrong

4. I Can Feel The "Librul" Media At Work Again
There has been an order from the WH, and the media bent over and asked for more.

5. Nothing about the reality of the situation in Iraq
Nothing

just BS political posturing on behalf of the GOP

it was even worse than what I've typed up so far; I couldn't bet it all down

Barbara Comstock must have written the script for Dobbs and his fellow stooges, Dana Bash and Schneider

Oh...wait a minute....NOW they're showing a "new generation of powerful explosives" being used in Iraq: "Explosively formed projectile", which easily penetrates armor.

they showed a HumV with myriad blast holes in it

why didn't you talk about that sort of thing during your propaganda segment

disgraceful

8. it would be funny, if it wasn't so pathetic
Two Republicans - Dobbs and Schneider - discussing (lookin' all serious 'n stuff) just how much in 'disarray' the Democrats are. I hope they remember to stop at the RNC this weekend to pick up their bonus checks (along with Blitzer, who either ran the ad or babbled about it for almost his entire show).

The Republicans start unnecessary wars, are looting the treasury, are corrupt up to their ears and yet they snicker and sneer about the Democrats being in 'disarray'. What a total joke our national media has become - a very unfunny joke.

11. He DID run the ad in its entirety (only brief clip in this one), THEN
played it silently in the background while he and that 'Cowley' creature did their own takes on the effects of this week's events on the dems.

bad as those two were, THEY were nothing compared to this display of complicity "journalism"

13. I know....should have made that point explicit in the header
I really haven't seen it done in such an obvious, transparent manner since the Clinton inquisition

20. Dems are not in disarray. There is an emerging SERIOUS
discussion about the situation in Iraq. This the MSM cannot handle--GE (etc.) profits may decrease.

Murtha has 46 co-sponsers for his plan and grassroots Dems are FIRED-UP to take back the house in the next election!

16. Isn't it interesting how the very strong comments by prospective
PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE Hagel are almost totally ignored, while differing POVs from the party OUT OF POWER are seized upon, commented upon endlessly, dissected for every possible nuance?

what about Hagel and other pugs who disagree? we don't hear word one about them

another thing we don't hear/see is that clip of Bush last year SAYING EXPLICITLY that we can't win it in Iraq?

where's that clip?

15. DLC = democrats lost & confused
No DLC, no disarray.

DLC prevents party unity.

Strictly my personal opinion.

hence their perception we are in "disarray"

pro-worker, pro-environment, etc things Dems in WDC have done this past week or so?
