1. We like it and watch it at our house occasionally.
We've seen some really interesting and compelling stuff on CurrentTV.

2. I think it is a great revolutionary idea, I only wish I had it, and
I am older than the target audience.

5. No, I had cable, however I only have free T.V. now, although I am thinking
about getting it back again. But I was not sure if they offered it here in Nashville.

8. You can call Comcast, and ask if they have service in your city,
and if so if they offer "Current TV."

4. My opinion has mellowed considerably
Edited on Fri Dec-09-05 06:28 PM by Newsjock
At first, especially before the launch, I was very disturbed that the channel seemed to be targeted almost exclusively to the young and beautiful people of America. But now that it's been on the air for a while, I've seen a healthy mix of segments by producers of all ages (54 is the oldest I've seen), and the quality of the content seems to have improved considerably since the channel was launched.

They might just need a little time to find their wings.

9. I like it more for its potential than for what is on it right now.
It's improving, and I hope it will keep improving.

10. It started in August. It's not on "basic cable" though.
I had to call Comcast and ask for "Digital Extra" to get it.

Their videos can be viewed online by going here:
http://www.current.tv/studio/screening/

...and selecting "Airing on TV" in the dropdown.

instead of a hip new show for younger audiences. It's not a flame, it's just this country is in such deep trouble.

19. Fox News is making money and one would think that
an investment group which introduce a Democratic version out-of-greed, let alone to help balance the media.
