Looks like there will be no Christmas
According to unpublished reports, Santa took out a loan from Ameriquest in 2003. He was late making his payment on December 8 by 1 day. So Ameriquest is taking his whole operation.

He should have read the fine print or asked the devil to be his lawyer.

I bet Lucifer would work pro bono if Santa promised not to put coal in stocking.
