On my local tv news: Mom Worried About Gulf War Syndrome

This was on the news where I live, the first I've heard of it for these Gulf War victims...I hope they are ok...I've heard bad stuff about the problems that the veterans of the last gulf war are suffering...

There's no denying that when a soldier comes back from war, they carry with them a lot of baggage. They've seen things we can only imagine.


But there are concerns - both inside and outside the medical world - that the soldiers are bringing back much more than just baggage.


Citrus County woman Idonna Davis was worried about her son when he returned from Iraq.


"He has had this progressive problem (of trouble breathing)," she says. "He gets better and he gets worse. And he informed me that everyone that came back from over there was sick."

Very sad indeed.
