Is DeLay in danger of indictment from the Abramoff scandal?

Is DeLay in danger of indictment from the Abramoff scandal?

I don't know much about the complicated details of this affair. IS DeLay involved in it enough that indictment is a real possibility? I hope so, because I don't fully trust Ronnie Earle in Travis County, Texas to pull it off. He flubbed up the Kay Bailey Hutchison case, and one indictment against DeLay was thrown out last week. A federal indictment would be nice insurance.

He seems to be very closely linked to Abramoff, and you have those two turn coats who are telling the Feds all they know.

I'm thinking Tommy is toast and not in the far distant future either.
