I find it fascinating to see people's astrology charts play out. Maybe someone who really knows astrology could point a few more things out about Cheney. Of note he has a foggy view of reality at times, and violent temperament. I excerpted some interesting parts from his astrology chart that is posted at Astrodatabank.
Earth - 50% of chart
You have an abundance of earth in your chart showing that you are a cautious and thorough person. You build material security in life. If, for any reason, this isn't happening you feel miserable.
Fixed
A tremendous amount of your chart is in the fixed mode. You have endurance. Whether a course of action is good or bad you are more likely to stay with it than change.
Grand Trine between Uranus, Venus and Neptune
Uranus - Taurus - 9th
Neptune - Virgo - 2nd
Venus - Capricorn - 5th
Sun in 6th house Afflicted
A feeling that life is bigger than you and that others are more important than you can artificially limit your perspective. Health issues can plague you as personal frustrations and annoyances erupt physically.
SUN IS IN HARD ASPECT TO YOUR JUPITER
You are lucky, but suffer from the tendency to "overplay your hand". You feel lucky and justified in the good coming to you. Your optimism easily becomes opportunism. Your life improves when you insist on "earning your own way". Pride will sometimes block your vision. Conceit leads you to wrong choices.
SUN SQUARE YOUR JUPITER
In the long, run self-confidence is the maker of success. Pride is responsible for your failures. You understand yourself when you learn to judge your life by the results rather than by the feelings and intentions.
SUN IS IN HARD ASPECT TO YOUR SATURN
Your restrictions are largely self-created. You find your fears and your ego drives getting in each other's way. The result can be that you are overly cautious. Self-control can be so overdone that you become difficult to live with or work with. A defeatist attitude can grow out of being too conservative.
MARS IS IN HARD ASPECT TO YOUR PLUTO
You have lots of energy that erupts into violence every so often leaving you confused and exhausted. In industry, you have a taste for secrecy and covert operations. The violence, anger, and disagreements with others stop as well as abnormal needs for secrecy (which just becomes more normal needs for periodic privacy) when you arrive at some
degree of self-understanding.
