Limbaugh comback, part two...

Today’s ad on WMAL (DC station. Used to be the best AM station in town, then went nutzy and right wing.) for Limbaugh does not start with Bill Clinton sound bite, “I did not have sex with that woman”, as it did last week.

Instead, we are treated to Limbaugh’s, “I am not making any excuses,…I am no victim and do not portray myself as such…. I take full responsibility for my problem” bunkum.

It ends with an announcer, using a voice that you usually associate with NFL pre-game announcers, saying: “Rush Limbaugh. Taking responsibility, and telling the truth.”

The closing line: “Still here for you.”

Second part was a one liner; "WMAL, standing with Rush."

Today’s guest apologist/host is someone named Mark Belling. His first guest is to be Coultergist, followed by Guiliani. Well, I guess Mark’s trying to show the liberal media slant. Don’t know if I can do this today.

and ask why he hasn't named his puisher publicly if he's telling the truth. Then demand he be removed. Who knows what harm it does young impressionable children to hear America's most famous junkie rewarded for his drug habit?

Does this mean when they charge Rush he will fire his high priced lawyer and pleade guilty? I dont think so. So much for full responsibility!

He's a screeching head from one of the RW radio outlets in Milwaukee. Makes me embarrassed to have grown up in the Brew City.

I'd just like to drop you at WMAL a line in regard to your asinine Rush radio ad, you know the one:

“Rush Limbaugh. Taking responsibility, and telling the truth.”

“Still here for you.”

I'd like to think this is a joke, but my cynicism forbids me. Taking responsibilty and finally telling the truth, AFTER BEING CAUGHT. How very noble. And how very sad you support "professionals" like this.

Today’s guest apologist/host is someone named Mark Belling.

He's from Milwaukee Wisconsin. A real right winger - thinks it is such a "great honor" to fill in for the "great one". Similar to Rush in views - hates the poor, hates lefties, hates Hollywood, says he's been right on everything he says, loves dubya, etc.

I've listened to him guest host on Rush previously - he is NOT as crass with national audience as he is here in Milwaukee. Here he actually has many callers agree with him and if they don't answer him exactly as he wants, calls them stupid and gets hot like O'really and yells Shut up, shut up to callers (and most of these callers agreed with him in some way, but didn't or weren't able to respond to his questions). He interrupts, demands callers answer his questions and if they get off the subject, cuts them off.

shouldn't they be pushing for him to be arrested and treated like scum? After all, they want to follow his "truth" right?
