1. That sucks. Just remember, for every 10 right wing
trailer trash fundies in Texas, there's one hell of a true blue yellow dog PROGRESSIVE working their ass of to turn things around! (That would be me)

20. Excuse me, please do not use the term "trailer trash"
I live in a mobile home. Not all of us who live in mobile homes are ignorant, foul-mouthed, beer-swilling, redneck Republican fundies. I am an intelligent atheist Democrat.

27. My apologies. I don't lump everyone who lives
in a mobile home into that category, but I see how it could be taken that way.

Actually mine's nice, fireplace, hot tub in the mountains with a creek behind it. I love it.

Edited to say my Hillbilly Villa!

Such regurgitated tripe.

You have my sympathy.

6. I saw two stickers today. The first was the W sticker
you reference, and the second (on the same car) said something like...

"Do you want to pick up a gun? Try using a rosary instead. "

I guess that's better than being totally pro-war, but scary to me. How 'bout because this war sucks and is wrong? Eh? And W is the major part of the problem?

9. Hah! Around here, I eagerly scan the editorial page every day
for just ONE little sign of a crack in the thick wall of Stepford Bushiness. Day after day... nothing.

It wouldn't count if *I* were the one writing the one letter that dissented from any aspect of Bushism. I'm waiting to see it from someone else so I can go "aha"!

Oh--and tonight on some cable show I heard some commentator say, "Of course the NSA spying story is on the front page of the NYT and WaPo--I'm sure it was on every front page of every paper today!"
Oh, yeah? Not a whisper of it on OUR front page. Just the de rigeur recounting of the glorious "democracy" in Iraq. Plus, I leafed through the rest of the first section of the paper, and I couldn't find the NSA spying story ANYWHERE. Unbelievable.

14. Don't be.
Two of those letters were from far, far away.

I am surrounded by Bushbots. They are full of Kool-Aid that they don't even suspect that I am not one of their brethren. And I a democratic socialist, a feminist, an atheist, and a card-carrying member of the ACLU. This is how well they pay attention. I just don't bring it up at all. My coworkers are so intellectually braindead that they don't even talk about current events at all... so it's not really a problem. :/

11. I hate it when I see our beloved Longhorns associated with that crap!
I just added a new sticker that I saw at my community college campus:

"Frodo Lied -- Bush Has The Ring."

:D

18. I love going to Austin and reading bumper stickers..
and people's T-shirts.

Like bumper sticker: "Pro-Trees, anti-Bush"
W stickers with a line thru the W
And my all time fave: Tshirt that simply said "Fuck Bush"

I live in neon red Collin County and have a "Longhorn Mom" sticker right above my "Blue Person in a Red State" sticker.

:bounce:

And guess what popped out of the white dodge 4x4 durango.....something that you would see a fashion magazine. This guy looked like a urban cowboy. It was hilarious.

25. What a pathetic loser
I think the "pro-life" stickers piss me off even more than Bush stickers.

These people, these supposed "pro-lifers", are really nothing more than some of the biggest hypocrites on the face of the earth.
