Shouldn't the New York Times be facing a HUGE class-action lawsuit?
I mean, if I knew about a gang of Chimps running around my neighborhood, stealing everybody's most sacred possessions, I'd be liable if I knowingly refused to report it to the police, wouldn't I?

Or do the Chimps now have the right to deputize other criminals? I don't understand how this law stuff works.

In the Nuremburg trials they put the head of a newspaper on trial for his part.
