I mean, the guy can go awol, drive drunk, snort coke off of the breasts of underage mexican hookers (okay, not sure if that actually happened, but it's a good guess) get away with insider trading, slander political opponents, commit election fraud, start a war with lies, lie about the lies he used to start a war, expose a CIA operative as political payback for exposing the lies he used to start a war, be obscenely negligent in defending the country from terrorists, appoint cronies to positions they are unqualified for and put in risk the lives of millions of Americans, the list goes on and on. So why start now? What's a little illegal spying among friends? He's saving American lives this way, you know. Shouldn't we put the blame where it really should be? Society as a whole, or, more specifically, violent entertainment and rude flag-burning protesters, I mean?

edit: how could I forget Katrina?
