Can you say,'another republican sham'"investigation?" Another TOTAL crock of shit! SnoopGate will be yet another taxpayer funded SHAM...

THE TRUTH ABOUT

ARLEN SPECTER

ARLEN SPECTER AND THE JFK ASSASSINATION

The Single Bullet Theory

To support the scenario that a lone assassin (Oswald) could fire the purported number of shots within an allotted time frame, the Warren Commission concluded that one of the bullets fired that fateful day hit both Kennedy and Connally. This conclusion came to be known as the "single bullet theory." However, given the location of Kennedy's and Connally's wounds, for the "single bullet theory" to be correct, the bullet would have had to change course several times, behaving in the manner shown in the diagram (below left). The chief architect of the "single bullet theory" was the Warren Commission's ambitious junior counsel, Arlen Specter, now U.S. Senator from Pennsylvania. In the reenactment photo (below right) Specter, with his pointer in hand, attempts to make the "single bullet theory" appear more plausible by deceptively indicating a straight line trajectory for the bullet.

ARLEN SPECTER QUESTIONS ANITA HILL

In her book, Speaking Truth to Power, Anita Hill relates her experience with Arlen Specter during the Senate confirmation hearings for Judge Thomas:

"Specter began by assuring me that he was simply trying 'to find out what happened.' Nevertheless, in short order, any hope that Senator Specter would transcend the political was dashed. He began his questioning with an unmistakably prosecutorial tone. He used a familiar cross-examination tactic--a tactic common in sexual harassment cases. He ridiculed my reaction to Thomas' behavior, suggesting that I was being oversensitive, even to the point of misrepresenting my testimony....

The single bullet theory (also known as the magic bullet theory by the majority of critics and conspiracy theorists) is the crucial element of the Warren Commission theory that only one assassin shot during the assassination of President John F. Kennedy.

The theory, generally credited to Warren Commission staffer Arlen Specter (now a US Senator), posits that a single bullet, known as "Warren Commission Exhibit 399" (also known as "CE399"), caused all of the non-fatal wounds in both President John F. Kennedy and Governor John Connally. It is an important theory because there was not enough time for one shooter to fire twice in the apparently very brief time between the injuries of the two men. The 1979 House Select Committee on Assassinations Report agreed with the theory, but differed on the time frame.

Finding the Magic Bullet

Darrell C. Tomlinson was the original discoverer of that magic bullet, CE 399. It came from a stretcher, but which stretcher?

Just to give you a bit of background - Connally's stretcher's appearance was described by the orderly named Mr. "R. J." Jimison, who helped move Connally from the stretcher to the operating table. In order to follow the journey of Connally's stretcher we need to pick up in the middle of Jimison's testimony where this becomes the focal point. This segment comes from the Warren Commission Hearings, Vol. 6 p. 126-128.

40 years on, Arlen Specter and Cyril Wecht still don't agree how JFK died

Sunday, November 16, 2003

By Michael A. Fuoco, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette

Dr. Cyril H. Wecht, forensic pathologist and renowned-coroner-in-the-making, was in a Los Angeles morgue surrounded by corpses when the news broke.

"Magic"???

by Walt Brown
The "magic bullet" lives -- or so it seems. In Pittsburgh last November, Senator Arlen Specter noted that the "magic bullet theory has now become the magic bullet fact."
Says who? Oh, yeah, the media -- those absolute guardians of truth, justice, and the American way (overlooking the fact that truth and justice are supposed TO BE the American way).

There are one or more serious flaws in all the arguments, and that overlooks the myriad "twists and turns" required of CE 399.

First of all, think back to the last time you saw a magician. Great tricks. Turned the ace of spaces into the three of diamonds; you gave him a dollar bill, he set it on fire and gave you back a five with the same serial numbers.

Awesome.

But NOT magic, alas. What the viewer sees are illusions, and while the viewer is very preoccupied with the playing card or the coin in the obvious left hand, the pigeons are crawling down the right sleeve. Even some "magicians" now honestly refer to themselves as "illusionists."

I'll feel so much better with Arlan Sphincter on the job huntin down ALL THE FACTS, won't you?

I hope Arlan suspects that his name might be on Bush's list of people to spy on and he really does go after the facts, but I'll not hold my breath. I'm about 99.99% sure that this Snoopgate investigation will go just about like Sen. Pat Roberts's stonewalling on the final Senate Intelligence Committee Report on Bush's lying to the country to start the war in Iraq. And the 9/11 commission that could look everywhere but at the White House to find all their "FACTS!"

2. Exactly like it!
Arlan is fighting tooth and nail, now that his job is secure, to keep the worst of the worst provisions in the Patriot act from sunsetting. Arlan respects the LAW OF THE LAND and the Constitution, about as much as Bush, or this pup sitting here beside me licking it's sphincter does. Cronyism and the GOP trumps Arlan's honor.

5. Not too far fetched a theory for Mr Sphincter to latch onto.
Edited on Sun Dec-18-05 07:57 AM by Hubert Flottz
If you don't think Mr Sphincter sucks, take a look at those sunken in jaws of his sometime. What he sucks I can only guess, but the man has a permenant pucker. When I see a puckering pub, in person, in public, I always put my hip boots on and prepare for the inevitable, bellicose barrage, of bovine excrement!

Edit...Arlan Sphincter speaks fluent mumbo jumbo, in nineteen different languages like his hero and master, "the pooper".

7. Heard on TV yesterday that
I think it was Frist (can someone confirm?) who said that any hearings would NOT be public, but be behind closed doors....wouldn't want to LEAK any inappropriate info that would harm Amurika and embolden our enemies, aka the Dem Party, dontcha know.

I think it might turn out to be interesting if Specter wants a public hearing, but the GOP/WH either doesn't want one at all, or wants a closed hearing. I think Specter is going to catch shit from the GOP about this, and then we will have to support him (in this particular thing.)

9. I'll support a public airing out...If they look at the WH on this one!
Edited on Sun Dec-18-05 09:18 AM by Hubert Flottz
Arlan and crew,(Sessions, Hatch-ed, Senselessbreeder)will try and sugar coat a load of bullshit and feed it to the veggies in the GOP rank and file and we'll all live happily ever-after.

I don't think the "Behind Closed Doors" act will fool the non-believers who now number about 60% of America.

I think this is going to snowball, because I think the people will be upset, even in Washington, if you can believe that!

Edited on Sun Dec-18-05 09:19 AM by LunaC
in which case it would be public while Frist wants the Intelligence Committee to investigate, in which case it would be behind closed doors. Dueling Committees.

12. When are they coming to take Frist to jail for his grand theft?
Edited on Sun Dec-18-05 09:51 AM by Hubert Flottz
Where did they find that idiot, working in the tire shop at Wally World and huffing the spoilt vulcanizing glue?

The doctor's orders were to Sell, Sell, Sell on the day of Frist's massive stock transaction! Anybody that can't see through Bill Frist, needs a doctor alright and a new pair of glasses to fit an extremely narrow minded fool. If our guys don't raise holy Hell about this thing, the country is burnt toast, in the department of liberty and justice. I think the fact that each and every congress man and woman thinking they themselves may have been studied by the spooks/plumbers, will cause a ripple effect in the months to come. Unease will rule the day in congress and everywhere else in the country, until there is public resolution.

This is like the KGB's bullshit and think about how Ashcroft was pushing having the neighbors spying on each other and even the having the freaking mail man spying on us. I'll bet they've even got a picture of my wittle ole pecker! * Prolly yours too! * B-I-G GOVERNMENT...is watching YOU! * H-E-L-L-O!
