And Scalia -- he's an originalist and strict constructionalist. Either it's in the Constitution or it isn't.

if Clinton did this the repubs and their friends in the media would be saying that there is one law for Bush and another law for everyone else...they would be burning Clinton at the stake!

with WMDGATE, Iraq/Bin Laden ties GATE, MedicaidGATE, 4 Billion dollars missing, not getting constitution congressional approval to transfer resources out of Afghanistan and into Iraq, post911 NYC air quality Gate, PlameGATE, etc....if it is a bit far for them at this point point for the media, I have only one thing to say:

CAN SOMEONE GIVE BUSH A BJ AND PUT AN END TO THIS MADNESS?
