My letter to my Congressman
As as citizen of the United States I insist that you enjoin the House to start proceedings leading to a bill of impeachment for George Walker Bush for violations of the Fourth Amendment of the Constitution of the United States.

This is a High Crime, as enumerated in the Constitution, and demands an immediate action by Congress to secure further good governance.

I insist that you, as my representitive, sponsor such an action in the House of Representitives, or join such a motion should it arise on the floor before you can present it.

This is a Constitutional crisis of the first magnitude, and cannot be allowed to remain unanswered, indeed, unchecked. Otherwise, all right of the government of the United States to use the term 'Democracy' will be null and void, entirely without substance.

I fear that failure on your part, as a member of Congress, to act will put America inexorably on a path to violence and insurrection. Look to it, sir. The future of the United States lies in your hands. Show some courage and take action to preserve it, or I fear the beginning of the end is at hand.

3. Sent similar e-mail to my Congressman, John Tierney(Mass),
now if many from every district of every state do the same (again) can we still be ignored? This time ****'s action is without doubt the most blatant "in your face" violation of our rights. It is time for all of them to go. This includes Cheney and all other civil officers of this administration. It's past time for our elected Representatives to act in behalf of the American people and show some backbone. We no not need another ineffective committee to study this latest infringement on civil rights. We need action from our elected representatives.

4. Thank you.
It is time for our government to re-assert its contract with the American people. And only bringing this regime to justice will do that.

It is far too late for small palliative gestures. Only if we stand by the Constitution will America survive.
