Why did the ACLU bother?

There was all this hoopla surrounding the newest date, Dec. 15,
for the admin to justify why the pictures and videos haven't been
released. The day has come and gone, and I haven't heard squat,
nor is there anything posted anywhere about it, either on ACLU's
website or anywhere else.
So please tell me what the point is. I guess this is yet another
issue that will be swept under the rug. But I wish they'd stop
teasing us with the truth.

You can't force the administration to follow the law because they have proven they are above the law.
I think the ACLU has realized that.
You can't make them turn the pictures over if they won't.
There isn't ANYONE that can force them to do it.:(
