Will SOMEONE please bring up the FACT that FISA allowed them
to wiretap immediately and go before a judge for a warrant up to 72 hours later. This immediate danger excuse if such BS!!!!

I think perhaps they didn't want a court to know WHO they were wiretapping. Like the Dems.

and Bush said they do use it but his way was faster and he had the authority to do what he did... Now there needs to be a follow-up - this isn't a dictatorship asshole - this a country of LAWS!!!!!

Also, he says he has talked to Congress 12 times. Who has he talked with? in COngress?
