How do we find out if the government has been spying on us?

human rights and all that! Who do we phone to find out if they have been spying on us? Where is the list?

1. I don't know

but I've figured I've been on a list ever since I was active in the environmentalist movement about ten years ago. Didn't do anything violent(though my husband's and my life were threatened by the other side), but we had the audacity to say that- gasp - big business wasn't good for the forests.

That is what needs to be expressed to your congressional reps. There is no legal precedent for ACCOUNTABILITY.

So how much are they spying. What is the true extent?
