47. That question in bullshit. Of course it's OK if you are tracking
real terrorists and you have a court order. What Bush and Co. did was illegal. The question should be phrased much differently. It's totally misleading.

30. This is a misleading question and we are still winning by 59% to 41%.
The true question should be whether he has the right to ignore the law and not go through the courts for these secret wiretaps? He has in effect circumvented the law regarding secret wiretaps. The corpwhorate owned MSM is trying to change the frame of the debate.
