Bush invoked "appreciate" in today's speech 7 times

http://edition.cnn.com/2005/POLITICS/12/19/bush.transcript/index.html

BUSH: No, I appreciate that.

BUSH: I appreciate that.

BUSH: Yeah. No, I appreciate that.

BUSH: And beyond that, I think that's all I'm going to say. Appreciate it.

BUSH: I appreciate very much the progress that Congress is making toward helping a vision

BUSH: I appreciate the fact that the Congress have passed the "go zone," tax incentives in order to attract capital into the region.

BUSH: Thank you all for coming. Happy holidays to you. Appreciate it.

2. I hate it when he says that especially in response to a question.
Arghhh! He is so fucking stupid. Will no member of the presstitues corps ask him why he would respond to a quation like that? It makes no sense at all.

6. Tomorrow's word...
Resign! As in... effective tomorrow I resign the office of POTUS.
I wonder how long it'll take him to learn it!

7. Teaching him the word
seems to be fairly easy. It's the concept that he is completely missing....you know, like "accountability" and "ethics"

8. Naw, he's always 'preshiatin' something or someone. It's like
someone taught him that if you do a little sucking up with words, then people will just do what you want. Usually he's 'preshiatin' people who show up at his canned photo-ops.

9. He always says that after....

..he has been asked a difficult question. "I appreciate that question..." It makes him sound like he is not afraid or intimidated by a question that he has no idea as to how he SHOULD answer.

I am getting really tired of everyone using Karen Hughes' favorite word..."EMBOLDENED", too.

(..and while I am at it....."...disheartened and deeply saddened" is getting tiresome as well.)

10. Yeah. He 'Preeshyates'
a lot.

That means he stalling for time to come up with some lame ass excuse for cobbling together a few utterances 'in response'
