"Still waiting to hear what part of the Constitution was violated"
UNbelieveable . . . Cleveland freeptards are actually ASKING this!!!!

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

2. It is so interesting how the RWers, who rail against "gov't intrusion" and
such, have done a complete about-face on this issue. I realize they are absolutely mesmerized by Bush et.al., but this ought not to be about personalities. How can they NOT get it?

8. Where are the black helicopter paranoids when we need them?
It amazes me how willing, eager even, they are to jettison the freedoms they claim to love so much.

4. These people have lost all credibility
They stand for nothing. It is all just a popularity contest supported by no ideals at all.

7. Especially when they ask dumbshit questions like THAT.
I mean come ON. There isn't a damned thing they can do to spin their way out of this one. It's mighty CLEAR CUT, I think.

11. It's not just the Constitution he violated; the 1978 Foreign Intelligence
Survelliance Act prohibits domestic wiretapping without a court order.

Throw the Chimp in Leavenworth. I'd love to read news reports that he has become the bitch of some 500-pound smelly guy named Tiny.
