O.K., How is this different from Watergate?
Because they claim the spying was about terrorism and not about politics. And, we're expected to simply believe it?

This is exactly why we have checks and balances.

How is this not illegal?

I still don't understand the argument for legality or for giving our President unchecked power to spy on U.S. citizens.
