Gonzales Defends Domestic Spying ~ Congressional Dems...
need to explain why it was they have turned this country into the refuge of a white despot; what could have possibly been thinking when they handed this tyrant a blank check to endeavor these things out from under the Bill of Rights? there can be no debate response: not 'unpatriotic', not 'un american', not 'you hate our troops', not 'you want babies to die', not 'all of you dems are none but ungodly fagots', not anything!; nothing!!, not even the drivel delivered by the mouth of Rove himself that would justify so wanton a roll-over of principle, and proper dispensation of electable office.

'"Our position is that the authorization to use military force which was passed by the Congress shortly after Sept. 11 constitutes that authority," Gonzales said on CBS News' The Early Show.' http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2005/12/19/politics/main1134887.shtml

go tell it to the spartans you ass kissing, hide saving slackers

1. Incompetents advising incompetents
Read the CONSTITUTION you damn moron.

The president's sworn duty is to support, protect and DEFEND the constitution of the United States of America. over everything else. Terrorists, hurricanes, twin tower collapses etc do not give you the right to listen to my telephone calls and read my e-mails!
In America the Constitution takes precedence. Not Bush's plans.
Bush violated that oath when Dipshit Gonzales advised Bush he could spy on Americans without getting a warrant. That is a blatant 4th amendment violation no matter who in congress they "advised".

2. Military forces equals spying on Americans???
Hmmmm.....I'm confused.:freak:

So, when congress said he could use force against Iraq....this made W a DICKtator? Wow...does congress know they did this? What was in the fine print of that bill? Someone should re-read it to make sure that throwing away the constitution was included.:nuke:

5. Of course he defends it. He was the one who most likely gave
the go ahead in the first place.
