15. Soooooooo full of shit. The FISA court is not a secret so EVERYBODY
who wanted to know could find out that international calls could be intercepted. The only people this would have tipped off are total morons who would have been caught anyway.

... "It's OK because we say so." The only people involved are those who are legally (and politically) obliged to obey the President.

She offers not one reason that such a "necessary" step wasn't cleared by a FISA court and oversight established with Congress.

Her 'logic' is nothing but "Trust us." She's completely off the Constitutional reservation. It's Stalinism - totalitarian executive powers.
