So Constitution includes UNWRITTEN RIGHTS for President?
No privacy rights for women, though. But a buttload of total "plenary" power for the Pres. Right.

1. It's the redacted part.
There's also something in there about Saudis (I'm told).

3. The so-called "originalists" are cowed right now
they're in fear of the backlash from the appearance of being against Bush. They don't want to realize we're all on the same side. That's too scary for them to imagine.

4. if that's true

then I'm all for exercising the other unwritten Constitional provision, of The People's rights, which entail dunking any President who exercises his imaginary unwritten rights unduly in a 200 gallon vat of pig shit until he drowns or resigns. Between floggings, after a roasting on a spit, following the disembowling of all his aides and Veep with hoes and pickaxes, and prior to his being drawn and quartered.

5. I've been thinking about this all day. Remember all the BS
from Scalia and all the RW nuts about the Constitution NOT containing any privacy rights, BUT NOW they all of a sudden found some??????

This whole thing sounds like hypocracy AGAIN!

I guess Shrub and his buddies aren't "strict constructionists" after all, huh?

6. Unwritten rights for Pres ? B* always thought so even before his selection
...which makes it established precedent. See how it works?
