that will take a genuine revolution.
here is one piece- carefully watching judges put in place until they commit an impeachable offense. which we know they will.
but you know, getting rid of nixon didn't accomplish much. it was a small battle in a war that we are really, really loosing.

1. there are a host of criminal violations
if anyone has the guts to persue them.
from war crimes to profiteering, plenty of guilt to go around.

4. It will be a two-pronged action:
If there is probable cause to believe any have committed a crime, we charge them, using a special--very special--prosecutor.
Second, we shut them down economically. That will be tougher to accomplish, but for starters there will not be wildly exhorbitant federal contracts going to them on a no-bid basis. We will also try to impose trade sanctions on them. that will be tough, due to the hold they have on oil and other key resources, but I think our friend Hugo will be interested.

5. Dear Leader and Big Time Dick
must be impeached together. They have co-equal culpability. That would leave Hastert as "caretaker president," although if he was in on the knowledge of the process, an argument could be made for precluding him from the process.

But the heat isn't nearly high enough yet.

yet he has been running office i think. the only good i see as vp cheney has a lot of shit he has gotten away with with the public, when he becomes pres, if bush impeached, it will shine lite on darkness. bah hahahah. the mole will have to come out of his hole. whole new view of cheney in presidency. he might go down fast, if we ever get it going with bush. maybe even before cheney could be sworn in.

11. First, try to impeach. But failing that...
Get a Democrat elected President in 2008.

A dream I have:
The new Democratic President delivers his or her inaugural speech. In the middle of it, he or she announces that key members of the previous administration are now being apprehended for deportation to the World Court for crimes against humanity. As Bush falls to his knees like a drooling idiot, Cheney's chest cracks open and a host of black flies swarm out. And the BFEE is carted off to the Hague.

When (not IF) they are proven guilty, BFEE members are given two choices in sentencing:
1) A complete loss of financial assets, citizenship, and their progeny are forever forbidden to enter elected politics again; OR
2) Firing squad.

I'll bet Senator Pat Roberts any money that these illegal wiretaps and such were used to spy against the Democrats last year. Hey, if he wants to prove me a conspiracy theorist, just show me the list.

15. the only way i can support the death penalty is with
overwhelming evidence. i don't support it, but if it is used, i think this is what you must have. the equivalent of john gacy's crawl space, with it's 33 skeletons.
i see no problem piling up the equivalent of 100 gacy's crawl spaces. and that is without breaking a sweat.
